Father-Daughter Purity Ball

Honored does not even describe how I felt when asked to do this event. And I'm not even sure that I will be able to put into words what a beautiful and spiritual event it was. To see these fathers and daughters walking together to place a white rose at the cross, as a promise to live a life of purity was truly touching. There were poems, singing, a candlelit dinner, and of course, lots of dancing. I had my fingers crossed that I would not end up with a ton of blurry pictures since, I couldn't even see most of the time what I was shooting with tears streaming down my face.....This was a night I will always remember.

Finally a Girl!!

I have had so many handsome little boys to photograph, so it was fun to use some pink, and zebra print!....She was so content with all the changing of the headbands, outfits, and moving from prop to prop. You just might see her again on America's Next Top Model...That's one of her big sisters favorite shows. She's learning early, and being as gorgeous as she is, I don't think she will have a problem.

Mr. Beautiful Take 2....

You might remember this gorgeous baby from a few weeks ago. I did some pictures of him when he came home, so I was so excited about getting to see him again for some outdoor pictures....oh!, and I still wanted to take him home with me :)

It's not always easy being a "Princess"

This lil girl has a name other lil girls dream of. She is Princess!....and it fits her perfectly! She is turning 5, so we did a Birthday/Family Shoot, and she was not interested when she had to wear her "normal" clothes. Her lil brother couldn't have been any cuter, and was just as happy as could be to be playing in the dirt and chasing ducks in the river. As soon as Princess was able to put her dress-up clothes on, she was ready for the camera. I had practically begged and bribed the whole shoot to get a smile, and after an hour, as I walking to my car, she said "hey, look!", and when I did, she smiled real BIG, and skipped away....

Big Brother,Lil Brother...

I seriously get the CUTEST kids ever to photograph!... I would've loved to take these lil guys home with me, but the parents kinda liked them. Lil man just turned 1,so we had some fun with a monkey cupcake....

Never a Family Picture???

This couple has been married over 10 years, and have never had pictures made together!! He has been serving our country in Afghanistan. (thank you, thank you, thank you!!) After being home for a visit, they found out they were expecting twins, which are the two in white. She was told she would never be able to get pregnant again, and within a few months was expecting #4! They call her their "angel baby". What a blessing these babies are. The location where did the shoot was gorgeous, and had a train that the family was able to ride on. That was a first for me! Never had a shoot while riding on a train...

Brand New....

Well, this didn't help my baby fever at all! He was tiny and adorable!!!....I was so excited about using my new baby crib, and he looked just perfect in it. He is one blessed lil boy with parents that aren't sleeping at night, and not due to him keeping them up, but they can't stop looking at him. That's love....
