This was such a sweet session because there adoption is finalized in just a few weeks! The bond they have with these two precious children, makes me so thankful that there are still such amazing people in this world that open up their homes, but most of all their hearts. They wanted a picture that symbolized the beginning of their new family, and they all piled their hands on top of one another just like a team!...love that!
