John Deere...

This was a special shoot. I grew up with the mom, and was friends with the dad in high school, and now they are married, and have one handsome baby! He was such a good boy the entire time I was there, and as you can see, he loved the camera!! It was so nice to "work" and catch up with old friends!....I love my job!!

Love is in the air...

Perfect couple! All giggly and in love, just counting the down the days until they can say "I Do!" She is going to make one beautiful bride with a handsome groom!

Sisters and their Kids....

Don't you love these bright colors!!! I laugh and smile a lot at all my shoots, but this one in particular had my face hurting! The older boy being a natural "GQ" model, to the youngest boy thinking the camera was a disease, and then the gorgeous girls workin it!...such a good time!

Inspired to Fight for Life!

I normally have a very hard time coming up with enough words while doing this blog, and with this shoot, I am going to have a hard time knowing when to stop typing. This beautiful woman was diagnosed with Lymphoma Cancer on June 23rd of this year. It was in her chest and the size of a big apple. You would never know this unless she told you. Her attitude is admirable....I drove away feeling so ashamed of myself for complaining about such small things in my life that simply do not matter. Tomorrow is not promised, and everyday when she wakes up to her gorgeous baby girl, she puts a smile on her face, and she FIGHTS!! She has inspired to do more in life, and I am forever grateful to her. The color that represents her type of cancer is lime green, so we made sure to incorporate that in with our session....again, I say thanks....

Getting together at the Farmhouse.....

I was so honored when I was asked to do this company gathering. It was something different than what I was used to, and I loved it! Instead of having one family, I had one right after another waiting in line! If you have never visited "Farmhouse Galleries", you really should! I'm embarrassed to say that its miles from where I live, and I had never heard of it....but now that I know, I plan on visiting again!

To be 13 again....

How pretty is she??!! And such a sweet girl, and at 13, that can be hard to find! She is an only child, and her dad was telling me the story of how they thought they would never had kids, and just when they had decided they were ok with that, his wife took a test that was positive. He said, "and I'm glad it was.." How sweet is that!!
